Each photo you submit uses one image credit for background removal and processing. Credits reset every month on your signup date. Images beyond your plan’s image credit limit are billed at your plan’s per-image rate on your next invoice.
Additional images are processed and billed at your plan’s per-image rate, as shown above. Charges are included in your next invoice. Your Billing page shows the running total as you go, and if your usage means a different plan would cost you less, it tells you which one and by how much.
Yes, at least one marketplace connection is required to submit listings. You sign in on the marketplace’s own site, not ours, so your password is never typed into ListIt and we never see it. ListIt only receives permission to create listings for you, and you can withdraw that permission at any time from Settings.
Bulk mode allows you to upload and submit multiple items in a single session by adding photos, generating listing information, and submitting as a bulk batch. This option is available to Growth and Pro users.
Yes. When you switch plans the change takes effect immediately and is prorated toward your next invoice, so you are credited for unused time on your old plan. If you move to a smaller plan you keep your current month’s image credits until your next reset date, which falls on the same day of the month you signed up.
Cancelling your subscription does not delete anything — your inventory and listing records stay in your account so you can export them whenever you need. To have your account and its data removed entirely, contact support. Our Privacy Policy sets out what is deleted and when.
