By creating an account or using ListIt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
ListIt is a listing automation platform that helps resellers manage inventory and publish listings to third-party marketplaces including Etsy and eBay. We are not affiliated with these marketplaces and your use of them is governed by their respective terms of service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must provide accurate and current information when creating your account. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any marketplace's terms of service.
Access to ListIt requires a paid subscription after the 14-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; your access will continue through the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error was made.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to ListIt, including photos, descriptions, and item data. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and sell the items you list. We are not responsible for any intellectual property violations in your listings.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from platform API changes, listing errors, account suspensions by third-party marketplaces, or other events outside our control.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, abuse of the service, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may close your account at any time from the settings page.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
